Inspirited Bitters is a two decade journey of familial bonding and Australian craftmanship. Beginning as a weekend father-son hobby, our passion led to a deep understanding of the ingredients, processes, and nuances required in the art of developing bitters.
Each bottle made both past and present is a tribute to this process, and our personal connection to the unique Australian flavours discovered together.
Being our flagship product, Convict was developed to create a better Lemon, Lime & Bitters, and to bring a modern Australian twist to traditional cocktails. The name reflects the history of Aromatic Bitters in Australia, being used as a cure for sea sickness on the early convict ships, however the flavour steers away from these medicinal roots into a brighter, bolder profile.
