2 shots Imperial Measures Distilling Ounce Bold Gin
1 shot lemon juice
½ shot simple syrup
1 egg white
4 dashes Convict Bitters

Method

Combine all ingredients and 2 dashes of Convict Bitters into a shaker
Dry shake, then shake with ice
Strain into a coupe glass
Once the foam settles, gently add 2 dashes of Convict Bitters and drag a toothpick across to create a pattern
