This concoction of floral sweetness, bright lemon, and gentle spices really is the bees knees!
Ingredients
- 2 shots SRD Musician's Cut Gin
- 3/4 shot fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 shot orange blossom honey
- 2 dashes Convict bitters
- 2 splashes club soda
- Ice
Method
- Combine the gin, lemon juice, and honey together and stir well. Add a dash of warm water to completely dissolve the honey
- Top a Collins glass with ice
- Pour the drink over the ice, add soda and Convict bitters
