Ingredients
- 1 shot Pietro Gallus Rosso Gin
- 1 shot Soda water
- 3-4 dashes Convict Aromatic Bitters
- Garnish: charred rosemary sprig
Method
- Add Rosso Gin, Convict Bitters and ice into a shaker and stir to chill
- Strain into a small glass
- Top with soda
- Garnish with a charred rosemary sprig
