Ingredients
- 2 shots canned passionfruit & syrup
- 2 shots apple juice
- ½ shot lime juice
- 2 dashes Convict Bitters
- 1 shot soda water
- Garnish: passionfruit float
Method
- Combine all ingredients except the soda into a shaker filled with ice and stir to combine
- Double strain into a coupe glass
- Top with shot of soda
- Cut passionfruit in half and garnish drink as a float
