Ingredients
- 4 shots pineapple juice
- 2 shots coconut cream
- ½ shot simple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 4 dashes Convict Bitters
- 1 scoop crushed ice
- Garnish: pineapple wedge
Method
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz
- Serve in a hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge
