John Ibrahim's journey into whisky started by chance after he purchased Dysart House in Kempton, Tasmania. Dysart House came to be leased to Redlands Distillery, now Old Kempton Distillery, and through this process John met Bill Lark, the Godfather of Tasmanian Whisky.
