DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within Australia)
We have a 1-2 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated). Once your order has shipped it should take 2-7 business days depending on your location.
We ship Australian orders via Australia Post or Aramex from our warehouse in Sydney. All Australian orders receive free shipping, which is automatically calculated at checkout.
DUTIES, GST, VAT OR CUSTOMS CHARGES
The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. Any customs or import duties are charged once the delivery reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We have no control over any charges of this nature and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
If you believe you reside in a country that may impose charges of this nature, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
