The Packing Shed Distilling Co was a COVID baby; an idea born out of the pandemic. While they sat twiddling their thumbs and wondering what direction to take an idea began to take shape. By the end of 2020 after 9 months of applications, paperwork, emails and meetings we were approved as a distillery.
