Owners Bob and Sylvia Franchitto have diversified their practice to include spirits and liqueurs. They use wine produced by the grapes from our vineyards and this is distilled on-site.

The Aged Martinez brings Flowstate Oaked & Smoked Gin and Lock 4 Barrel Aged Grappa into a martini framework with Convict Aromatic Bitters. The result has more richness and complexity than the original, layering oaked, smoked, and barrel-aged character.
