  • 1 shot lemon juice
  • ½ shot simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 4 dashes Convict Bitters

Method
  • Combine all ingredients and 2 dashes of Convict Bitters into a shaker
  • Dry shake, then shake with ice
  • Strain into a coupe glass
  • Once the foam settles, gently add 2 dashes of Convict Bitters and drag a toothpick across to create a pattern
