  • 3/4 shot lime juice
  • 1/2 shot simple syrup
  • 4-5 dashes Convict Bitters
  • 12 fresh mint leaves

  • Pour lime juice and simple syrup into glass and half fill with crushed ice
  • Add in mint leaves and churn
  • Fill glass with more crushed ice and top with ginger beer
