  • ½ shot Apricot brandy or peach liqueur
  • ½ shot Lemon Juice
  • 1 shot Fresh peach puree
  • 3-4 dashes Convict aromatic bitters
  • 1 egg white

  • Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  • Dry shake, then shake with ice
