  • 2 shots apple juice
  • ½ shot lime juice
  • 2 dashes Convict Bitters
  • 1 shot soda water
  • Garnish: passionfruit float

  • Combine all ingredients except the soda into a shaker filled with ice and stir to combine
  • Double strain into a coupe glass
